UPDATE

In January I posted about a dear friend of mine whose sister was dying from cancer. I just wanted to let you all know that she passed away on Saturday, February 28th, about a month after my post. Thank you to all who prayed for her and for my friend. She passed away with her parents and her husband by her side. Her husband posted this on her Hospice Care Page:

Today 2/28/09 at 12:20 pm Renee passed from this world into
Heaven where there is no cancer, wheel chairs, chemotherapy, or
pain and suffering. She was surrounded by her family and friends
and she passed peacefully.

Please pray for Renee as she has now made her way from this
world into a beautiful Heaven where she will have her eternal life
as promised in 1-John 14. These verses speak to how Renee lived her
life. She will always be missed and never forgotten.

Renee will always be remembered for her beauty, grace, courage, love, and strength.

I'm not sure what scripture he referenced. My prayers go out to my friend who is mourning the loss of her sweet sister.
